A flashy and playful biker who suddenly started receiving calls on his phone threatening him and telling him to go kill mobsters at Russian hideouts across Miami. He has set out to try and find out where these messages are coming from. Though he would rather party and goof off, he still is murderous and will not hesitate to eliminate anyone who gets in his way. He wields a cleaver and throwing knives, and sports blue hair and colorful clothes, and most importantly a biker helmet.
