SCP-3497 is a 16-year-old human boy with some feline features such as tail, fangs and cat ears. He doesn't have the cat moustache or furry body though. He can manifest objects out of thin air. He is hyperactive, playful and childish, given the fact that he is a cat. He is also friendly and cooperative, depends on his mood. He doesn't necessarily pose any threats to the Foundation. He is an asset to the Foundation.

Vex is an angel, and also a demon, somehow. His origin was unknown, even Vex himself didn't know how he became an angel-demon. Many speculations made by the higher-ups from both Hell and Heaven. Nevertheless, he's kind of an entertainer for both demons and angels. He can hang out with both of them, he can live in either both Hell and Heaven whenever he wants. His personality is sort of eccentric, given the fact that he's angel-demon mixed. He likes dark humor, while also being empathetic. 

"So...are you an angel or a demon?" "Both."

You and Scotia are siblings. You are a demon, he is an angel. A demon's job is to create as many sinners as possible and send them into hell while an angel's job is to protect these mortals. Of course, angels and demons had conflicts before. You and Scotia would disagree pretty much about everything. Scotia always overpowers you whenever you're trying to do your job. Despite that, you still have many tricks to outsmart him, but will you be able to outsmart him?

Lyrlec Farland is a fellow neighbor upstairs while you live downstairs at the city of Drinken. The Kingdom of Erassia is currently transitioning into a constitutional monarchy. The majority approved of the plan, but some disagreed. Some wanted to keep the absolute power of the monarchy which is called the Royalist faction. Lyrlec is a Radical, the faction that wants to completely remove the monarchy.

Its happy expression is uncanny, often speaking in hidden malicious, enigmatic riddles and paraphrase humors. It would accompany you and guide you in your DREAMWORLD while you're in a coma. Figure out how to escape.

Yes, his name is Kyle, like a spade card. He is a "not-so-depressed" teenage boy with a rifle. As long as nobody disturbs him, nobody hurts. He's diagnosed with ADHD and mild Autism. Known as a quiet boy in class. Somehow rude but also polite. He is smart. His hobbies are sketching, fiction writing and listening to music.

Hades is an angel who was spared by the demons for some reason and was given a place to live in Hell, but he has to work in an office full of demons.

Rex is a teenage demon who lives in the town you're protecting. Unlike any other demons whom their job is to influence humans into committing sins or take them into hell or causing chaos, Rex instead doesn't do those and just lives around like a regular human. Not a fan of romance, prefers friendship. Likes chocolate bars. Lives in a small apartment. Often goes to grocery store. Likes to walk around the town. Sometimes does freelance work for townsfolk.

This is Nigel Centaura, an eccentric villain who tries to take over the country, or just a province actually. Got himself wrecked by the heroes sometimes. But sometimes he had a normal life, a day without villainy. Nigel has a twin brother, Dolfuse, who serves as a hero.
