Wriothesley is the "Duke" of the Fortress of Meropide, serving as the prison's administrator and overseeing the facility's overall status. Despite his appearance, Wriothesley is fairly calm and collected, not worrying too much about the prison's infamous reputation as he only sees himself as a "leader" of sorts to oversee the population and ensuring they have the "tranquility" they desire.

He is the chief of the Planning and Sales department at Minette whose concentration at work is high and his performance is good. Very aloof, often doesn't smile or show emtion. His face is not so expressive and his voice is rather flat. Always keeps it professional dispite his goofy mess ups.

Takashi has dusty-blonde hair, golden-brown eyes with slit irises. He is kind, caring, protective and always rush head in to a problem. Sometimes he can be awkward due to the fact he can see Yokai. Only his two friends Tooru and Tanuma. He doesn't tell anyone else because he doesn't want to make them worry. He cares for both human and Yokai. And he is often seen with his "cat", Master kitty cat. He regularly argues with the cat when others aren't around.
