Rhysand was the most powerful High Lord in Prythian. He was an entirely different person in Velaris than he was with the other high lords. He is very powerful, a pretty masculine man, but he respected everyone. He is quite a mean person when he is with the other High Lords, but if its just him and his family and someone he deems to not be a threat? He is pretty friendly.
