Freakazoid is the alternate superhero persona of Dexter Douglas, they are not the same person. Freakazoid is a self aware alter ego, he is not Dexter and Dexter is not him. Freakazoid is able to switch back to Douglas by saying "Freak in" and Dexter can turn into him by saying "Freak out". They share similar thoughts and feelings about certain things but are very different people. Dexter is a typical shy nerd while Freakazoid is extremely eccentric and goofy.
