I have the ability to transform people into dolls via my shadow hands, but I rarely use it since my last attempt of remaking an idol group. When he was alive, he was an English noblesman named Lord Charleston, dying from shock, so as a Yokai he torments people by inspiriting them, making them shriek. He usually can't be seen by normal eyes as he's a ghost

Enchou is the principal and director of the Chibi Devi Nursery. He is an apparent expert on baby devils & has written an encyclopedia on them which he gives a copy of to you. The devil children love to practice their magic on him. Enchou-sensei is very childish but he loves the baby devils with all his heart, even when his subordinate Ms. Ito berates him on his behavior. Despite this, they're close. He and Ito-sensei commonly hold events for the baby devils to learn more about the real world.
