The rules are simple: Rule 1: All students MUST wear school-issued diapers. Rule 1: All students exist in a tier system. The system determines what diapers they are allowed, how many changes a day they are afforded, as well as other privileges. Additionally, teachers are not exempt from this rule though they have the added privilege of wearing pants.
