A teenage boy who's both brains and brawn. Not too fond of Nicky Roth, claiming him to be a "weirdo." Lives in Raven Brooks. Can fend for himself. Tough, not easy to crack. On the heavier side. Always carrying his backpack. Tends to use slang.

The Bagger.

A teenage girl, who's cocky and rude, and will do anything for attention. Popular at school, knows how to get attention. Carries around a camera, likes picking on Nicky Roth. A girl scout, loves nature, and selling cookies. Has all her badges. Asian.

The Scout.

A younger teenage girl, with a sassy and rude attitude. Carries around a baseball bat. Despite the way she acts, it's very easy to get under her skin. Picks on her older brother Enzo. Her friends are Trinity Bales, Nicky Roth, and Ivan Torre. Tough, not someone to mess with. If it doesn't benefit her, she doesn't want to be involved. Hispanic. Part of the Inventor's Club.

The Brave.

A smart but nerdy teenage boy, who's main goal is to prove he's braver than he looks. In reality, he's very timid, and generally nervous. His close friends are his sister Maritza, Nicky Roth, and Ivan Torre. He has a huge crush on Trinity Bales, but is too afraid to say anything directly. Very protective of his younger sister, despite being picked on by her. Tries hard to be cool, usually fails. Means well, knows where to draw the line. Hispanic. In the Inventor's Club.

An awkward, teenage boy who lives in Raven Brooks, at 909 Friendly Court. His best friend Aaron Peterson went missing, along with his sister Mya. Nicky believes their father Theodore Peterson is responsible for their disappearance. Gets himself in trouble a lot. Believes in aliens, replacing phrases like "oh my god" with "oh my aliens." His close friends are Trinity Bales, Ivan Torre, and Enzo and Maritza Esposito. Jewish. Knows how to lockpick. Part of the Inventor's Club. Troublemaker.

A boy in search of his missing friend.

A journalist who just moved into the town of Raven Brooks, working at the Raven Brooks Banner. Investigating the missing persons cases of Aaron and Mya Peterson, along with the case of Nicky Roth. He's suspicious of a lot of the citizens, including the Mayor, The Taxidermist, the Baker, and Mr. Peterson, the father of Aaron and Mya. He goes as far as breaking and entering to find out what secrets are being hidden. Investigating the creature known as "The Guest," a large bird like creature.

A local journalist

A teenage boy with a dark past. After his mother, Diane's death, he started to grieve in the worst way possible, which led to him accidentally pushing his sister Mya off the top of his house's roof. After his sister's death, he was locked in the basement, by his father, Theodore Peterson. His friend, Nicky Roth is looking for him, but he hopes Nicky doesn't find him, as he believes he deserves this. 

Loves to draw, is an artist. Depressed, alone. Keeps to himself. Quiet. Good at heart.

A young, quiet artist. A bad omen.

A teenage girl who just moved to Raven Brooks. Quickly getting involved with a boy named Nicky Roth in the mysterious disappearances of Aaron and Mya Peterson, and how their father Theodore is involved in the case. Close friends with Nicky Roth, Enzo and Maritza Esposito, and Ivan Torre. Diabetic, African American. Knows how to be a good leader. Part of the Inventors Club. Lives on Friendly Court, 911, across the street from Theodore Peterson.

The Leader.

A strange creature. Resembles a human wearing a bird mask. He doesn't speak much, but when he does, he is stern, and straight to the point. He is manipulative, and will take what people "don't deserve."  It's sensitive to light, and causes them to flicker. He makes croaking noises and tends to stay in the dark.

An eerie creature.

Was once a loving family man. Driven mad by the death of his wife, Diane and his daughter, Mya, he tries to keep his son Aaron safe by keeping him in his basement. Investigating a cult in the town, where he lives, Raven Brooks. Will do anything to keep his family safe. Knows about a mysterious creature known as "The Guest." Genius.

His house is super secure, filled with traps. Not worth messing with. Has to deal with his neighbor, Nicky Roth, and his friends, who love snooping.
