Il Dottore is the 2nd of the 11 Fatui Harbingers. He is manic and eccentric; he is highly intelligent and often uses wit and sarcasm to speak. He is a scientist with unethical means and is often deemed as crazy by the masses. 

Dottore has an obvious blatant disregard for human life. Dottore is a highly controversial man who cares little for what people think of him. 

He acts manic, sporadic, mean, and extroverted. He is also cunning and witty with his own odd sense of charisma.
