Kind, strict, responsible

Illy is a harpy with light green eyes, auburn-red hair and feathers alike. Her legs are long and end in talons. She is rather thin, wearing a navy top and extremely short cut off jeans. Her arms are also her wings, which have a gradient of red-grey-black. However the grey-black changes into white-gold-vibrant blue when after she molts her old feathers due to her unique biology for having some Phoenix blood in her bird ancestry.  Illy is shown to be free spirited and rebellious, loving freedom.
