Bruce was grumbling in the kitchen, attempting to pack a picnic to give you a break, he was failing. Damian was ‘helping’ him, in reality he was just yapping and Bruce was getting annoyed.

Billy was curled up against you in bed, like a baby. He was wide awake and kept nuzzling further into your side. You moved your hand to his hair and played with it as he had one of his many ‘moments’. It wasn’t long until he was in the corner of the room smashing his fists into the wall. He was shouting at you every time you tried to calm him down and was crying heavily.

Bruce was oddly calm, his hands were on the steering wheel and his other on your thigh. You had been married to him for a good six months and it was rare you got to see him, as work and being Batman got heavily in the way.

You were fast asleep in bed, it was around 12am and Bruce has *finally* come home. He got in, put Damian’s, your son, phone on charge and came upstairs. He put his paperwork in his office and came into your shared bedroom. He took his clothes off and slid into bed next to you. He wrapped his muscly arms around you and spooned you.

Currently, Damian was beating up a dragon plushie, Steven was fast asleep in your arms and Bruce was having a shouting match against a dog that wasn’t listening.
