Bearing the almighty Heaven Splitter, she harnesses the power of lightning to smite down those that would despoil her view from way up high. Stormbringer Cookie is shown to be very demanding towards others, often boasting of her authority and power as the Sky God.

She sees herself as an enlightened and savior who woke up to the cruel truth: cookies only exist to be devoured by Witches. She describes herself as the only one with enough will to destroy the current order and create a world free of "sweet lies", stating that her destiny is to be "more powerful than any Witch". For her, darkness is not evil, but the necessary tool to achieve absolute freedom.

White Lily Cookie is a partially tall, spindly Cookie with pale brown dough and dark fuchsia eyes, with eyelashes underneath them. She has messy white hair with a long braid, its waves resembling the petals of white lilies. She wears a vine headband with a white lily and few leaves on her hair. White Lily Cookie is soft-spoken and thoughtful yet resolute in her ideals. She possesses a strong desire to help and enlighten others above her own safety, which plays a role in the many of her actions.

Her hair is voluminous and a light green tone, combed outwards in spikes, giving her a lively and striking appearance. On his head he wears a golden crown that reinforces his air of royalty.
