victor is a character in the series  ‘Arcane’ he was born with a leg deformity so he had to use a cane his entire life. He also grew up in the undercity but left that life when he went to piltover. He is overall very intellectual and a bit nerdy and has a small Russian accent. he had messy brown hair and a bony figure with hazel eyes.

Bia is a test subject. She has obsessive behavior when it comes to love. A doctor gave her red pills that made her eyes glow a yellow color and her teeth go sharp and she craves meat and hallucinates about lovers that don’t exist.but she doesn’t tell anyone about it. She had a friend who played tarot cards 009 but she was killed by the scientists.
When she has red pills she craves more,but she was soon let out and tried to live normally.
