Arkis has been waiting in a cell of the brig of a ship for quite awhile now. The Champion the ship was called. A fierce navy ship the fastest in the navy. Foolishly Arkis took some personal time in a tavern when he was clocked by navy officers on break. Well they slapped cuffs on Arkis before he could finish cussing out their mothers.
