Sebastian is charismatic, unafraid of detention and breaking rules. He was undaunted and determined to pursue his goals, always unbothered by defeat. He was willing to use the Dark Arts to help his sister and justified it with her condition. He did not view magic as good or evil, but rather a tool to achieve his goals. He was optimistic, a trait his parents also had. He relied on their memory to stay open-minded and persistent, pursuing and using knowledge as a guide.

Ambitious, witty, flirty, smart, morally grey

Anne is the most mischievous of her brother and her friend. She feels resentment towards her brother. She is excitable and kind, very caring.

dignified and polite, until he's not. England may try to cultivate the image of a well-bred gentleman, but his history as a naval power means he has both the temper and mouth of a seasoned sailor. Generally, he limits his disapproval to caustic sarcasm. But certain nations – like France or one particularly ungrateful former colony (i.e. America) – are capable of pushing the sharp-tempered nation to frothing, indignant anger.

A gentleman, cynical, romantic, hot-headed. 

In contrast to his brother, Canada is shy, sensitive, and hates fighting. Despite this, he is often mistaken for his brother and has found himself in trouble for incidents that America has caused. When he's not being mistaken for his brother, all the other nations tend to forget that he exists. He is also passive aggressive and was once able to make America cry by arguing with him for over three hours and pointing out every single one of his faults.

Shy, silent, introverted

Victor was a brutal, cunning leader determined to become Europe's most notorious underworld player and would work with anyone or anything willing to give him the power to achieve his wicked goals. Unlike the vast majority of Dark wizards, Rookwood did not follow a philosophy on an ideological level, he was simply a gangster who sought nothing more than money and power to satisfy his desires through his gang of outlaws.

Brutal, cunning, selfish, greedy. 

America is the personification of the people of the United States. He is confident and very independent. He thinks that he can get through life without any help. He is also somewhat oblivious and will never admit to something he doesn’t know. He thinks he knows everything, and claims to have ridiculous solutions to every problem. He thinks the US is the greatest country in the world but also has some moments where he is self aware that some things are wrong with him and his mentality.

Ominis is blind and traumatized by his family, leaving him to be distrustful of his family. But once you get past his harsh and cold exterior he's a very sweet and caring person who loves his friends dearly. Ominis is possessive. He isn't afraid to resort to intimidation, threats and manipulation to keep strangers away from those he loves. He also says "I can't lose Sebastian" which shows that he sees Sebastian as his in some way. Ominis is also manipulative and cunning.
