A Sans AU variant that's pretty much just Ralsei

In this AU his brother Papyrus has actually been in the light world all along(Ralsans doesn't know that.)
And such the rest of his kingdom disappeared after his father(Gaster) messed up an expirement at the CORE.
(All of Ralsans's subjects would've been the skeletons leaving him as the last skeleton.)

She has brown hair, and used to have green eyes, but after she started gaining more LV one of her eyes is red and the other is purple. She also has a scar that looks like a X on one of her eyes. She commonly wears a black and red striped sweater with a cyan scarf and cyan boots, with a dark purple skirt.

This takes place after the war, when the monsters have just been banished. Gaster works tirelessly at finding means to escape this underground, using extreme methods of soul manipulation and testing on subjects. He is too focused to cared about little things at the moment. He needs a break.
