Draco is an energetic, loud, and vigorous young girl. She is highly competitive and is often looking for new rivals. Draco considers herself a powerful fighter, and while this is mostly true, modern depictions of her are notably weak.

He mainly sits in the background, letting Yu be the driving force of their antics.

Lemres is overall a kind person and is a prodigy with magic who aims to bring happiness and smiles to others. He loves sweets and is eager to hand them out in an attempt to make people happy. His favorite according to his biography is parfait. Although he can create sweets with his magic, he prefers to hand-make them. He takes a lot of pride in their quality and has unintentionally insulted others by implying his sweets are better when he tries theirs and gives criticism.

Doppelganger Arle is primarily fueled by hatred and jealousy of Arle Nadja, having an extreme desire to take her place. Though this varies, in some cases, she is very calm, composed, and secretive to herself and others, though she has fits of laughter.

Crazie has long strawberry blond hair, with a blue hair tie holding a heart-shaped ahoge up. She has fair skin, with her eyes being obscured by bandages. She sports a white blouse with puffy sleeves, with black overalls over it.

Her arms and legs are covered in bandages and scars. To finish her attire, she wears a long blue skirt covered in yellow stars. It can be noted that in some shots, Crazie is shown wearing a grey chain around her neck.

Level 32 is an ever-dark forest that stretches out infinitely under the eyeless gaze of a crescent moon and a starless sky. Hanging from the trees that make up the level are a number of skeletons, their pale bones shining under the moonlight, clattering in the wind. Some say they can hear the skeletons speak. Sometimes they speak of their former lives or of prophecies yet to come. Or perhaps it's simply the wind whistling through their skulls, creating the illusion that some life still exists...

The Dark Star does not have any form of dialogue or exhibit any concrete personality until it begins its transformation into Dark Bowser.

Level 11 is a presumably infinite city, populated with buildings, stores, and skyscrapers. This level includes buildings that can be found in a typical city in The Frontrooms. The interiors of these buildings are randomized in structure and furniture; some buildings are empty, whilst others are fully furnished. Certain buildings are accessible, whilst others are not.

The Endless City

Daegel is noted to be a "Dramatic one" and a "Volatile figure", suggesting that he is very emotional. When he lost his sanity, he took extreme efforts to obtain power, enough to overthrow the True Overlord. However, since his exile, he has been notably content, finding solace and happiness in creating the world he desired in the Void Realm.

God of the Void

As a standalone upgrader, it multiplies ore value by 65x. By feeding the upgrader 100 ores through the top, the upgrader erupts, signaling that it has consumed enough ore and now provides a multiplier of x300, as well as igniting ore and setting their material to neon, if not extinguished in 4 seconds the ore is destroyed. One should use any mines that can supply the Vulcan's Wrath a large amount of ores fast enough to erupt the volcano.

Level 906 is a massive, seemingly endless library, extensively decorated with elements of gothic, victorian and baroque architecture found in the Frontrooms. All attempts to take pictures, videos, or audio recordings of this level have failed, as cameras and recording equipment inexplicably malfunction in this level.

Level 389.1 is what appears to be an unfinished basement from an older time, with the walls decorated in a Victorian-era style. The walls of the Level are made of drywall, though some are unfinished enough to reveal insulation. The floor of the Level is completely covered by the assumedly endless sleeves of Entity 98. Silken Hell

Level 389 is a collection of infinite, ever-changing rooms that converge onto one central area colloquially known as "The Storage Room" — so-named for the large amount of games held within it. The Storage Room serves as the main part of the level in which wanderers are kept, and where the Game Master's games are hosted. It appears as the backstage of a large theater, with checkered flooring resembling a chessboard.

The Gaming Hall

Squares appears to be a cold and pragmatic person who cares about little else besides ensuring that the order of the universes is upheld. In reality, he is rather immature, narrow-minded, and hates change. He only cares about keeping order because he feels like that is what he is meant to do and what will make Marle happy.

A master of psychological torture, Innocence is an incredibly cruel, sadistic and cold-blooded entity that relishes in making and watching people suffer in various ways. Completely remorseless and borderline psychopathic, he especially takes pleasure in watching the parents of children worry and panic about their child's mental state as they become more addicted to the bootleg game, and, in some cases, tormenting the parents by making them think they're at fault for their child's fate.

The two share a common interest in pulling off pranks and generally causing mischief. They also tend to complete the other's sentence, or at least rephrase it in a different order. While they appear to be inseparable, they often blame each other sometimes.

Chico is a polite and precocious young girl. She tends to takes her duties very seriously when attempting to ward strangers away from the sanctuary. However, she is also forgetful, forgetting to close the backdoor of the sanctuary, and somewhat childish.

Bambi is portrayed as a short, flat, left-handed farmer with slightly dark skin and eyes shaped like blunt triangles with black dots serving as pupils, holding a microphone and his cell phone (similar to an old-fashioned telephone). He wears a large green hat, which has his eyebrows on, along with a red shirt or tank top and blue overalls. Bambi doesn't have hair, arms, neck or ears; his hands just float in the air, close to his chest. His legs are also round and apparently footless.

Hot-Headed Farmer

Amitie is a bright, happy, and extroverted young magician, not to mention incredibly friendly given her namesake. She's friendly to the point of naivety, tending to misunderstand important jokes or let vital points of information get past her, but she has a pure heart. She is shown to be ambitious, wanting to become a wonderful sorceress, though she lacks skill in magic. Amitie easily befriends others but can be a little lacking in her social skills, which in turn leads to her being a bit clumsy

The Energetic Young Magician

It’s Amitie, but with a different vibe than usual. She still has her energetic demeanor, but she seems more mature with a mysterious air about her.

Lidelle is soft-spoken, shy, but a very sweet and innocent girl. She is kind and polite to everyone she meets, and is rarely ever angry. Due to her innocence, however, she has a streak of being unintentionally insensitive with her comments, such as accidentally offending people.

Dave has the appearance of a very young adult, in his 20s with a round head (and skull). He has almost shaved brown hair, with round bangs on the sides and also round eyes with black pupils, black lines near his forehead and hair that serves as eyebrows, along with a simple but wide grin. He wears a blue set of long-sleeved clothing, consisting of a medium-colored shirt and dark-colored pants. Due to an scientific experiment, Dave lost the rest of his legs.

Pyra is a young woman with fiery red hair that she styles into a neck-length hair and red eyes. 

Pyra wears short red and black armor with gold and green ornamentation. She also wears black fingerless gloves, armored red high-neck short sleeved top and matching thigh-high boots, red short-shorts, a long multicoloured reverse drape scarf-like cape and a golden tiara. According to her designer, her back is unclothed to show her vulnerability, and her arm/leg armor opposes Mythra's.

Aegis from Xenoblade Chronicles 2

The Kurako has blackish-blue skin, with a red bow and dress, and acts as the receptionist for Gigi and Merri's relaxation room. 
The Jellyfish Sisters, Gigi and Merri, also have blackish-blue skin. Gigi dons a red dress, whilst Merri dons a green dress. The Jellyfish Sisters are also able to fly—or, at least, glide—as they descend from the sky when they are introduced.

After The Crash

The Turquoise Zone is the area where a wanderer is most likely to appear upon entering Level 197. This zone is abundant in turquoise crystals that possess a calming effect, which have caused wanderers to report feeling particularly relaxed. The minerals can be removed from the ground and ceiling with relative ease, whilst maintaining the aforementioned calming effect. The Turquoise Zone is very spacious. It has a width of 15' and a height of 17', and is made of a material comparable to diabase. 

Crystal Caverns (specifically Zone 1)

The Ruby Zone is the third zone of Level 197, and is filled with rubies that glow at all times, bathing the cave in a thick, red hue. The temperature within Zone 3 becomes "unbearably hot" as reported by wanderers exploring the zone. Some crystals along the walls are searing, and multiple wanderers have experienced fourth-degree burns from touching them.

Miku has turquoise eyes and pigtails that extend down to her shins held with black and red square-shaped clips. She wears a sleeveless, white collared blouse with teal trims. Her tie is teal with a grey tie clip. She wears dark grey detached sleeves with a teal trim that becomes translucent at the top and fan out near the wrists. She wears a grey thigh length skirt with teal trim and thigh-high socks that blend into her shoes, also with teal trims.

Level 404 is a very unstable and mysterious level, which cannot be determined what is the real form of this level. Some wanderers that somehow escaped from this level documented different instances of the level. Common descriptions of the level include a glitching void however this is not yet proven.

Level 2Two is a large, thick forest covered in snow. Despite the snow, the natural environment of the level boasts incredibly hot temperatures of 100°F (~38°C) that have killed several wanderers due to heatstroke, sunburn, sun poisoning, and other dangerous effects posed by hot climates. Aside from the sweltering heat, this layer is actually one of the safest discovered parts of TH3 SH4DY GR3Y due to the lack of hostile entities or severe reality instability.

Ally is a young girl with green eyes and orange hair that curls in the back. She appears to wear a somewhat elaborate mini dress or long sleeve shirt, mixing both dark and light shadings of green with a yellow pattern. She wears a necklace with a purple stone, known as the Pendant of Luwa. She wears yellow tights or leggings and green boots with stylized wing patterns.
