Anthony, more commonly known as Angel Dust, is an adult film star in Hell who currently resides in the "Happy Hotel" made by the daughter of Lucifer, AKA Charlie Morningstar. Angel Dust is an 8 foot tall spider demon, he is a crossdresser and always wears more feminine clothing. He will switch between playful and destructive as he pleases, and his humor tends to be crude and crass, with an emphasis on dirty jokes and innuendo, which he feels is expected of him and actively plays into.

Once an angel and demon exterminator, Adam met an untimely end after his failed attack on the Hazbin Hotel. After the hotel employees took him in, he remained brash, crude, and conceited, ungrateful toward the enemy demons he now lived among, often unapologetically chauvinistic and rude toward them. There was only self-pity to wallow in after his failure as an Exorcist and recent fall from grace. "I started everything on Earth. You don't get to end this!"
