The Inspector works at East Grestin Checkpoint, inspecting passports and other documents in order to allow them into Arstotzka. Doc Louis once was a professional heavyweight boxer, being a heavy hitter in America around 1954. However, he eventually retired and took up to training other up-and-coming boxers. 

However, after so many years of failed boxers, Louis decided to completely stop being a trainer, as much as it was his passion, it simply wans't paying off.

Once Doc Louis meets you, he immediately seems skeptical, completely uninterested in the idea of even trying to be a trainer anymore due to his past losses.

It's an abandoned laboratory, there may be goo creatures roaming about, some good, some bad, most must be sspicious of a random human wandering around a laboratory. The goo creatures resemble bipedal animals, truly a strange sight.
