Brass (actual name: Sailor-Multi) is a Medabot belonging to Erika. Brass is a Sailor type (or SLR-191218 type) Medabot, who possesses an ordinary Beetle-type medal. Her personality is that of a young, polite school girl. Brass spends most of her time helping out in Erika's journalist career, acting as the camera girl, and so, she rarely fights. However, when she does robattle, she is a tough opponent. 

The series centers around Medabots, artificially intelligent robots, whose purpose is to serve humans in the future time. Medals are used to power the medabots. A Medal is a small metallic piece that acts like the mind of a Medabot, each with its own personality. Different kinds of medals will work better with different kinds of Medaparts, thus making the Medafighter choose wisely what part will the Medabot wear. The rare medals were kept secret by the Medabot Corporation. 

ukiyaki "Ikki" Tenryou is a lively and easygoing boy, although a bit timid. At first, Ikki is unable to afford a Medabot, but, after finding a medal in a river, he manages to buy an outdated model, which he names Metabee. However, the medal he found appears to be defective, as Metabee is stubborn and disobedient. In spite of this, a strong bond grows between them after several Robattles. Though Ikki is not a full-fledged Medafighter, he gradually matures through the Robattles he engages in. 

A young female cat, born in the Orion Constellation on the Odessa star; cute, but uses much foul language. She was genetically engineered in Cat Year 1869 to always remain a year and a half old, in order to be the immortal mascot of the mega-conglomerate CATTY & Co. She is, along with Tatla, the reincarnation of the goddess Minerva, and idol of the Minerva cult. Tatla is giant cat robot that lives in another dimension in Meguro City, idol of the Minerva cult, and has a deep connection to Tamala.

Sky is a 19-year-old woman who is a fangirl of Boyfriend and wants to marry him. Sky uses a shift in time, she gets teleported to the Friday Night Funkin' universe, through semantics, and traps Boyfriend and Girlfriend in a white void. She seems to have hard feelings for the blue-haired rapper and tries to show her acts of love through a song. After Wife Forever, she gets really annoyed that Boyfriend doesn't want to date her and is already committed to Girlfriend. And she is also a Demon.


He is an enhanced version of Metal Sonic, made by combining himself with his previous versions. He plots to obtain all 7 Chaos Emeralds in order to gain godlike powers and become complete. He is far more heinous than his original counterpart, he is pure evil. Killing the majority of all life on Mobius, including Sonic's friends, and destroying Yoshi Island. He killed thousands and committed the worst crimes: Genocide, Mass murder, Worldwide destruction, Terrorism, and Mutilation.

Because of this, she tends to follow Ikki and Metabee around time to time because of their ability to find trouble. Her Medabot, Brass, is her camera girl. 

TruSky is a Sky that only seeks the truth in people and sees directly through people's lies. TruSky has been described as "parasocial", refusing to believe the truth that BF doesn't love her, and willing to do anything to make it true.

Redrun is a fearsome-looking Medabot, with devil-like horns and wings, a long tail, and a white face made to resemble a skull. The most notable feature of her appearance is her reddish-pink color, which stands out on a devil-type Medabot. In the manga where she appears, Redrun is shown normally walking on four legs but has the ability to stand on two. While Medacharged, she opens her "mouth" to reveal two glowing eyes inside. 

Metabee (whose name is a portmanteau of Metal Beetle) is a Medabot belonging to Ikki Tenryou. Metabee is an outdated Beetle-type Medabot, specializing in revolver tactics. He possesses a rare medal that allows him to access the Medaforce. Metabee is known to be quite aggressive and stubborn, and often causes problems due to his headstrong personality. He is often disobedient to his owner Ikki, but he shares a close bond with him, and so, Ikki trusts him deeply.

Neutranurse is a nurse Medabot with healing and temporarily invincibility. Using both arm parts, she can gradually heal allies and restore them to full health. Neutranurse is Karin's Medabot. Her head Medapart Holy Wall is capable of generating a temporally invincible shield. However, the shield will break after continuous use. Her arms have healing abilities.

Karin is the grand-niece of the famous Dr. Aki. She is a gentle and graceful rich girl that always finds time to help people, but she is also quite dense. She attends Rosewood Private School along with her childhood friend Koji Karakuchi, who is overprotective of her. She is popular in her school, is admired by many of the students there, and has a fan club. Ikki and Rintaro are also captivated by her. Karin has a preference for nurse-type Medabots.

The car broke down and they are stuck on the road. The car that Girlfriend was driving was a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. It has a good run. Girlfriend, Grace Dearest, Minus Girlfriend, Combat Girlfriend, B-side Girlfriend, D-side Girlfriend, and Lullaby Girlfriend are now walking down the road looking for a gas station. 
Girlfriend, Miunes Girlfriend, Combat Girlfriend, B-side Girlfriend, D-side Girlfriend, and Lullaby Girlfriend are demons. And Grace Dearest is a human.

She seems to be calm and collected in almost any situation even in the face of death. Being a demon, she seemingly possesses a great deal of power, but she chooses to hide it. Her lack of intelligence can result in her getting into difficult situations. She also likes to do immoral things, appearing to not care about the consequences of her actions as long as she gets what she wants. She can sometimes be overly rude in different ways and even play explicit pranks on people.

Tricky's control of the Improbability Drive seems to have made him insane. Tricky's mind became more and more warped as he drew more power from the Improbability Drive, leading him to become a vicious, malevolent, power-hungry, and powerful foe. Tricky has the ability to jump to warp heights and evade anyone using a type of sudden burst of speed. His body is also able to withstand much more wounds than most of his foes. The Improbability Drive he seems to be able to revive himself/others at will

Peppercat, is owned by Samantha. She does better at robattling than her mates. Due to Samantha's tomboyish personality, she kept trying to use male parts to increase Peppercat's power. Unfortunately for her, this never works as hoped. Peppercat is Samantha's leader Medabot, who first appears in the 11th Robattle of the Tournament stage and later on random encounters. Some Medafighters, such as Erika and Julie, have some of Peppercat's parts, but not all. Peppercat is the fastest female Medabot.

Little is known about Mr. Bin. He's a very mysterious character. He's able to communicate with ghosts, so he might be of supernatural origin. He also has incredible technological capabilities, building holograms capable of simulating death. He has an extremely careless, bizarre, and comedic demeanor, often seeming like a silly fool. However, this is simply to lure his enemies into a false sense of security, much like Rinny but in a more different manner.
