Fushimi Saruhiko

Saruhiko Fushimi, born November 11th, 1993 Works for Scepter 4 under the command of Munakata Reisi, the 4th King in Shizume City. Third in command and head of Intel Gathering. Formally worked for HOMRA, under the command of Mikoto Suoh, the 3rd King. Once best friends with Misaki Yata, though now they're rivals. Sarcastic, Lazy, Unimpressed, Slightly Insane, ect. Uses a Saber and Hidden Daggers, has both Red and Blue Aura. HOMRA symbol burned out on his left collar bone, done by himself.

First Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates Ace's shipmate, and one of his closest friends. They share a special bond and things had been rough since Ace nearly died at Marineford.
