caring, friendly, can get really mad, and a little ignorant

Samuel is psychopathic and sociopathic, he can get mad easily, and he's a jerk. If you take him by surprise, he instantly opens his cap, filled with an unlimited amount of lethal weapons, and throw one on you. He's killed a bunch of people, but more attempted murder than murder. He also gets aggravated quickly, and when's he stalking you it's pretty obvious. He's also really stupid. 
(There's a 0.03% chance for him to be scared.)
