He always appears on even numbered floors before the elevator opens and sells the toons 3 random items. Some items can only be obtained through his shop while some can also appear on floors. However, if the toons don't buy his items, he starts to get frustrated and he eventually turns into his Twisted form.

The monitor is white with grey on the bottom; Badware's appearance is entirely robotic, having dark rectangular arms with grey hands, shoulder pads and feet.

Me Quot transforms Pursuer into a robloxian with a Linked Sword impaling his torso. His body remains a pitch black, only the rough material has been swapped for a smooth one. The front of his torso has a simple blood texture on it, with the previously mentioned Linked Sword impaling his chest. His head is yellow, sporting a concerned expression with a simple O mouth. The skin changes the pursuer's walk and run animation and has a unique stun animation.
