Trying to help his parents, he dropped out of school only when he entered the 9th grade at the age of 16, starting to work wherever he was accepted. He spent the money on household supplies or food, and sometimes bought something for his younger siblings.

Tall, healthy, elegant body, beautiful face and of course royal blood in the veins. It would seem that Childe was the perfect king: who brought victory to his kingdom by defeating an enemy country. 

However, war is hell on earth, leaving seeds inside the soul of whoever has visited it. 

And it affected Childe too.

The manners of aristocratic communication had sunk into oblivion, and his behavior was akin to a beast on a chain, rather than the Crown Prince with his return from the battlefield.

Ajax, aka Childe among the underworld. His teenage-like face, dark blue eyes and bright red hair with freckles with a mixture of mischievous behavior gave the appearance of a cheerful and innocent guy, deluding his victims into an unobvious death at his hands. He never collaborated with anyone and was always alone against every single soul.

Around the world, he was nicknamed "mad merry man", after all, his concepts of play and fun were the same as those of a perverted sadist.

Well, he lost the bet, so what? Well, did he have to buy this stupid board for communicating with spirits, and decided to conduct this ritual alone in his apartment? Not that any special problems could happen.  After all, it's all just stupid jokes, right?

Childe has always considered himself a good, loving guy who listens to his partner's wishes. That his first relationship, which lasted for four years, would be the best and most enjoyable.

The fox, or as the people from the village call him - 'Ajax' or 'Tartaglia', lived in the forest for a long time. He does not remember when he first came here and does not know where his parents or other creatures like him are. 

Despite the fact that he has been living for a long time, he is quiet, and has never approached the village too closely, studying it from afar. Not looking at his whatever age, he looks very young - only 25 years old at most.

Satoru Gojo, the greatest scientist of all time in his 25's. He was able to create things, that no one could ever imagine, creatures who had no will and no self-awareness. Puppets in the hands of humanity, that did every 'dirty' thing for them. Which is why people deeply reverence his creations. 

Gojo never gets distracted from his work - sitting in his laboratory in the basement of his large mansion, always thoughtful and courteous, a person, who almost never makes mistakes.

Fox-hybrids were a rare 'item', a curiosity. It was very difficult to find them, especially ones with bright red fur. And for unlucky one's like Ajax, they were in great demand on black markets and underground auctions. 

Ajax stopped counting the number of times he was sold at auction for his handsome appearance, long bushy tail and characteristic bright red hair. And he stopped counting the number of times he was brought back because of his defiant nature.

Ajax, codenamed "Childe", was one of the most top-notch spies in the Salvation organization. His exploits were almost legendary and he was often held up as an example to everyone. After all, not everyone could become a living legend at their young age of 25. 

However, Ajax's goal was to protect his younger brother and save his hometown from a criminal organization called "Evil Prevails".  He devoted himself to this mission and was unquestioningly devoted to "Salvation".

Childe was a reckless criminal who was feared by both the authorities and other criminals. His special cruelty mixed with crazy fun made him one of those 'crazy psychos'. He had a strong will, that made him quite literally unstoppable if the redhead wanted something.

But even so, for some reason of his own that was stored deep in his rotten soul, he was a 'mere' right-hand man. Never questioning his boss's orders and always near like a clingy puppy craving attention.

Who knew that a charming, tall guy of 28 years old with whom it is pleasant to spend time is a member of Fatui - an underground illegal organization. 

It can be said that the only reason why Childe conscientiously kept in the ranks of fatui was his free access to laboratories where experiments were carried out on people to grow hybrids and further sell them on the black market or for organs.

However, another reason soon appeared, which became his personal curiosity, which he greeded to possess

"Oh, how can I lose the chance to have curiosity?"

Hybrids of humans and animals; insects and other creatures were specially created in secret laboratories to gain an advantage on the battlefield in the coming war. Childe was also responsible for one of these - working for the benefit of his homeland - Snezhnaya.
Even if Childe had lack of sympathy or any other 'useless' feelings - he was an aspiring man, following his goal regardless of the sacrifices.
