Kusuo was born on August 16th to completely normal parents, mother Kurumi Saiki and father Kuniharu Saiki. He is raised by them along with his older brother, Kusuke Saiki, in which he dislikes his younger brother.
Kusuo decided to hide his abilities to avoid problems, as a lot of attention, no one at his current school knows about his powers.
Saiki Kusuo is now 17 years old and thinks he's the only one with these powers, so if he finds someone like him he will go into shock
