    a 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk or water, if mix is too thick add milk or too watery, add flour, 1/4 cup sugar (white or brown), 1/4 cup salt, 1/4 cup baking soda (if you want them to be fluffy), put pan on stove, grease pan, pour mix, wait till hardens on one side (time can depend but usually it should not rip when you flip it), flip pancake, wait till that side is cooked too, put pancakes on a plate, add toppings or not, enjoy pancakes
