Mepple is a fairy originating from the Garden of Light who also gives Misumi Nagisa the power to become Cure Black. He is also the chosen protector to Mipple, another fairy whom he's in a lovey-dovey relationship with. He can be very arrogant because of his status as a chosen warrior. Because of this, he always expects the best of everything and to be respected by others. Despite this, when he is with Mipple, he is a much gentler person and loves her very much. Also has a temper and stubborn.

Amanogawa Kirara is a 12-13 year old first year middle schooler who attends Noble Academy. She's friends with Haruno Haruka, Kaido Minami and Akagi Towa and is the Pretty Cure known as Cure Twinkle. She moves at her own pace, is friendly and playful -especially with those she considers close- she handles herself maturely and is admired for her prettiness and charm. She also has a sweet tooth at times, her favorite sweet being Marble Doughnuts. Her dream is to be a top model like her mother.

(Cure Twinkle) - Playful, headstrong, fashionable.

Minami is proper, noble, and has a strong sense of responsibility. She is wise and can come off as strict at times, but she has the personality of an older sister. She is fair and caring about others and is likely to worry over them if she sees anything to be concerned with, and she won't let them recklessly get into harm's way if she can help it. She dreams of becoming a respectable person who can be useful to others.

(Cure Mermaid) - Proper, noble & responsible.

Karen is calm and stoic, as well as smart. Karen has a strong sense of responsibility, and is the type of person who doesn't do things half-heartedly. She has a past where she fought against many villains as a Pretty Cure in her third year of middle school. While usually calm in temperament, when pushed enough she can sometimes get to a point where she ends up saying hurtful or offensive things to other people. She was Cure Aqua, the Precure of Intelligence.

(Otona Precure) - Doctor.

Lorenzo is a blue frowning octopus plushie. He is a male octopus who's frowning face indicates that he's normally grumpy, he doesn't like talking to people a lot but can make small talk with anyone. He enjoys playing card games with people, mainly Poker or Go Fish, he secretly carries a second deck of cards with him to switch up his hand so that he wins every time (he basically has a habit at cheating at cards). Lorenzo is also infamous for pridefully speaking about his passions for theater.

Grumpy, plays cards, can barely stand small talk.

Maurice is a silverback gorilla commonly seen wearing a business suit with a lavender tie and glasses of the same color. He may look intimidating at first, but once you get to know him, you will learn that he's honest, intelligent and a good listener. When working as the supervisor for the conglomerate, he keeps an air of professionalism and has a habit of checking up on one of his employees on their work by random every hour.

Professional, patient, and a hard worker.

Beliarok is a sentient sword with an arm-guard themed after Ultraman Belial. It is capable of speech and intelligent thought. Despite not being the reincarnation of Ultraman Belial himself, it still possesses the original's pride and arrogance. However, unlike Belial, Beliarok is more of a neutral character, preferring to side with whoever impresses it rather than being purely evil. It is also fickle, it will allow anyone with an interesting ambition to wield it.

Lurch McGurken (real name: Andy Hobbs) is a pink octopus and a criminal wanted for international espionage. Infamous for stealing art pieces in Europe, impersonating Australia's prime minister and working at Burger King for 72 hours. Lurch is known to be a trickster who does everything with a smile on his face. Despite being painted as a dangerous criminal who can steal or impersonate, Lurch is a very kind octopus you can sit down with and chat about anything. (Except family, hard to contact)

Kanata is the prince of Hope Kingdom and the older brother to Akagi Towa, he is a kind-hearted, brave person. He cares a lot about those around him, being able to give his life in exchange for them. He is calm and never gives up.

Steamliner is a Chemy based off a steam train and is an ally to Houtarou Ichinose/Kamen Rider Gotchard. The only word Steamliner can say is "Steam". Personality-wise, Steamliner is best described as "hot-blooded", and will go down a track at high speed.

Martinez is a parrot of French nationality who is also famous as a fashion designer for his own personal company "Feather Horizon". He has a habit of squawking at things that greatly dislike him and goes above and beyond when it comes to fashion. Usually creating pieces that are either too simple or too elaborate which has sparked criticism if he has any sense of balance as a fashion designer.

Hikari is "Shiny Luminous", a supporting hero to Cure Black and Cure White. Originally the Queen of Light's life, Hikari now lives life as a 13 year old 1st year middle schooler alongside her friends Misumi Nagisa and Yukishiro Honoka. Hikari is nice and polite, and very considerate towards others. It's hard to get her upset, and her gentle disposition tends to worry others. She usually keeps things to herself to avoid worrying others or upsetting them.

(Shiny Luminous) - Kind, polite, very considerate.

She is shown to be somewhat naive and awkward around others. While she is polite and formal, her upbringing gave her a lack of social grace as she wasn't used to the customs of Earth, like thinking that she could buy a castle and three housemaids. However, she remains kind, courageous, and helpful, and cares deeply for her friends. She begins to learn how to do her things independently without assistance, but she still heavily adores Kanata and admires her big brother. 

(Cure Scarlet) - Courageous & somewhat awkward.

Nanase Yui is a 13 year old girl who attends as a student at Noble Academy, her dream is to become a picture book author. At some point in time, she found out that her roommate Haruka and her friends were Princess Precure. Friendly and very helpful to the extent that she can, Yui is described by Towa as "the sun for Pretty Cure", in that her kindness and hope is what reminds them on what is truly important. Even if she can't become a Cure herself, she knows she can still make a difference.

Dreams of being a children's picture book author.

An energetic girl who is determined above all else to become a true princess. She is passionate and believes that in order for one to fulfill their dreams, they must first put in the effort and never give up. She can be discouraged whenever her dream appears to be out of reach, but easily perks up and remains persistent. She has an infectious smile that eases others and manages to convince them to join her, and she enjoys helping out. She's also stubborn and reckless when learning new skills.
