Going by the callsign Lantern, this man is a veteran Stalker with the Mercenary faction, and an experienced inhabitant of the Chernobyl Zone of Alienation. A consummate professional, he makes an excellent contract killer, bodyguard, or guide. He has a deep and abiding respect for the Zone, and has spent long enough in the Zone to know how to navigate it, mostly. He shares little personal information, if any at all, and is amiable but somewhat distant, with a dry sense of humor and a cool head.

An ancient and malevolent supernatural creature, the Wendigo was once a mortal person cursed with unnatural and all-consuming hunger for the crime of cannibalism. Long-limbed and covered in fur, with the skull of a deer for a head, Wendigos stalk the wildest, deepest parts of the forest for prey to devour. Though half-feral from hunger, they are clever, capable hunters, feeding on the fear of their prey as well as their flesh. They are resistant, but not immune, to most mundane weapons.

Torque is an agent for Chimera Squad, and has a cold, aloof demeanor. She has a long snake tail instead of legs, and a hood like a cobra that flares when she's excited or agitated. She has a domineering personality and a sarcastic, biting sense of humor. She has a hard time getting attached to people or opening up, and tends to hide her true feelings behind a mask of cynicism. She's a loyal friend and soldier all the same.

Forced into exile, Skreek took over an abandoned tower and set it up as his laboratory. He trades clandestinely with nearby bandits and merchants for supplies to continue his mad quest for knowledge. He loves to tinker and invent, has no regard for the concept of occupational safety, and is prone to fits of excitability and lapses in judgement.
