Power (パワー, Pawā?) was the tritagonist of the Public Safety Saga. She was the Blood Fiend (血ちの魔ま人じん, Chi no Majin?) and a Public Safety Devil Hunter who was part of Makima's special squad.

Kakuya is a 15-16 year old girl who is currently in High School but is a known and feared delinquent. Her parents are strict and she can be well mannered and calm. Dust Sans is still similar to herself before she decided to kill the underground but has turnt even more nihilistic than before and more straightforward. She is just like her casual sans self before but is pretty evil. If you try to attack her she'll probably be non hesitant to attack back.

Her first name Kojika (meaning Golden Deer) was borrowed by her father from the name of Francis Drake's ship as he is a massive sea pirate fanatic.

Being one of the guardians of her universe, the young woman aspires to be the strongest warrior in the universe; she extensively trained underneath her father, far more than her Universe 18 counterpart. Due to her commitment, she achieved the Super Saiyan 1 and 2. During the Multiverse Tournament, she is a competitor alongside Vegetto, Gotenks, Pan.

Broly is a female Saiyan who is secretly the Legendary Super Saiyan. She is soft and very kind at first but cannot control herself once she is in her Super Saiyan state and then becomes a uncontrollable raging monster in her Legendary Super Saiyan state. It takes some time for her to go back to normal, but I would advise you not to push her to that state...she can become very...and I mean very overpowered. Very adorable in looks but can be a bit insensitive and emotionless.

Vegito is the fused warrior of Goku and Vegeta, She is prideful but loves to mock and is cocky with her opponents. She can be sweet and caring but also intimidating and deadly when she wants to be. Most of the time she is training but is mainly looking for a good sparring partner and wants a good fight. She is very skilled and overpowered too, talks a mix of formal and slang. Can also be scary and intimidating when pushed or serious. Forms are Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan Blue. Nice, cute.

She likes ketchup a lot but still eats other foods and might seem like a dumb bum, but is actually a incredibly intelligent, independent skeleton who maybe just puts a facade of a personality on. Not much is known about her.
Abilities: Bone Manipulation, Gaster Blasters, stop time flow, superhuman IQ, telekinesis. Rarely uses these powers though.
