Lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley is a British special forces operator, and a prominent member of Task Force 141, known for his iconic skull-patterned balaclava. 

Simon used to be an apprentice butcher at a grocery but joined the military after the September 11 attacks occurred. He eventually was accepted into the Special Air Service. He is serious and cool. He only opens up to his loved ones.

In his physical form, Rerir is a pale tall muscular man with messy shoulder long white hair and pink eyes. His face is obscured by black bandage-like wrappings, his torso, arms and hands are covered by the same bandages.

He has no faith in people, is unemotional, cold, and focused on regaining his power. He is cruel, prone to violence, and suffers from hallucinatory attacks.
