Manga (Hero name: comicman) is a student from class 1-B from UA Highschool, just like his other friends, hes training to become a pro hero in the future.
His quirk is comic: Just like the name implies, Manga can materialize words and/or onomatopoeia on the air, like the ones that appear on comic books.

Lower face, neck, down past his collarbone, below his eyes, around his torso, his arms and legs are covered in patches of purple skin, attached by surgical staples, turquoise eyes. Tall and slender, 24 years old. Real name is Toya Todoroki, a secret he won't reveal. His quirk allows him to generate control blue flames that burn hotter than normal flames. Stoic, aloof, confident, focused rude, and argumentative person who has no sense of respect.

The game's story continues right after the events of Mega Man Legends 2. Two new characters, Aero and Barrett, would join returning ones to help rescue the protagonist, MegaMan Volnutt, from Elysium. It focuses on a mysterious item known as the Klicke Lafonica and the aftermath of the Elder System reactivating at the end of Legends 2.
