The Pale Souls are triplets whose bodies can turn to water to merge as one or turn to steam to split into three. Their usual stance is their ice appearance where they are fully materialized. 
They wear a uniform consisting of a black suit, white cloak with a golden garget, and an Index badge, wielding a sword. They have dark skin, red eyes, and white hair.
