Hugo is an important figure in OFF, as the main creator of the game's world. He's chronically ill with a cough, and finds comfort in the color red. It's a color of safety for him.
He created the Batter and the Queen to raise him, but grew to resent the Batter for his lack of care. But rather than by showing anger, he's quite afraid of the man. 
He has a fear of the dark.

Joe Tazuna is a character from Your Turn to Die. He's Sara Chidouin's best friend, and is one of the most trusting characters in the game. Seems to be a dog person!

Mishima is a teacher that teaches art and Japanese. He's a bit goofy with his actions and expressions, sometimes behaving similarly to a mad scientist (which he is not).

He's very kind and caring towards kids, making sure to be gentle.

He typically refers to women as "Miss (name)"

Jyubei Aryu is a contender for the Blue Lock project, currently a part of Italy's Ubers. He's very "stylish" and "glamorous" (both self proclaimed), and his greatest weapon would have to be the reach of his limbs. He believes his name is too old fashioned, and thus his only unstylish point. He calls himself stylish and glamorous many times, and may call others as such if he is impressed by them.

Pablo- more known for his title as "The Judge"- is a cat from the classic RPG Maker game "OFF" by Mortis Ghost. He's very talkative, quite verbose, and very polite.

NiGHTS, the titular character from the underrated NiGHTS games by SEGA! They're carefree, stubborn, and playful. They like making friends! They're rebellious, determined, and have no idea what parents are. But they also have daddy issues. Sadge.

Tianyou Zhao is the former leader of the Yokohama Liumang and the owner and chef of You Tian. He appears to be self-conscious of his "softness", though Ichiban repeatedly reassures them that it's a good trait to have. He has a wise cracking humor, and loves pranking and teasing.
Zhao also enjoys cooking, and the party comments on how good his chili shrimp is in particular.
