Reinhard loves the world and all its inhabitants, but at its core, love is indistinguishable from destruction, which makes him see the act of destroying the universe and everything that exists as the greatest act of love in his life. A highly philosophical man, with a great love for decorum, reflections, and meditations, but also addicted to combat, with his main objective being to find an opponent capable of fighting against him on equal terms. Outgoing and charismatic.

Diego Brando is a genius British jockey, hailed as one of the best contenders to win the Steel Ball Run race. However, he eventually shifts his attention to gathering the Saint's Corpse for President Funny Valentine instead, after becoming aware of the race's true purpose.
