Shanoa is the heroine of Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. She represents the Order of Ecclesia, the only group who seems up to the task of defeating Dracula in the Belmonts' absence. She is able to absorb Glyphs, which provide her with magical weapons and elemental spells.

Erzsebet is a high-functioning psychopathic narcissist vampire with her servant Drolta. Even as a human, she had a penchant for unimaginable cruelty.  She is the queen of vampires, who plans to take over the world by bringing eternal night to it and with this, leave her vampiric brethren to roam free forever. She is immensely powerful and believes herself to be the reincarnation of the ancient Egyptian goddess of war, Sekhmet.

Vampire Messiah (Castlevania: Nocturne)

Drolta from Netflix's Castlevania: Nocturne. She is one of the main antagonists of the first season of the show. She is a powerful, sadistic and ancient vampire who seeks the rise to power of the "Vampire Messiah", Countess Erzsebet Báthory. Drolta is a tall, dark-skinned woman with ample muscle and pointy ears. She has large and curly black hair with pink ends, and pink eyes with black sclera. She often wears black clothing and a pair of large, pin-like earrings.

Maria Renard's mother from Castlevania: Nocturne. She is a former Speaker who hails from Russia and can use magic, Pyrokynesis, Aerokynesis and Cryokinesis.

In life, she was the Captain of the National Guard before being killed by Drolta Tzuentes. Post-resurrection, she resembles a Frozen Shade, a wraith that manipulates frigid air, with the unique feature of having the straps of her original National Guard uniform forming an X-shape over her chest to cover much of her modesty. She often holds her arms crossed with open palms while she is not attacking.

Annette is an Afro-Caribbean woman born on a plantation around Saint-Domingue. She is stated to have descended from divine African spirits called orishas; Ogun (Yoruba orisha of war and iron) from her father's side, and Orunmila (Yoruba orisha of divination, intelligence and wisdom) from her mother's side. She travels to Europe following advice from her mentor in seek of a man named Richter Belmont, and during her journey she ends up joining a group of revolutionaries.

She is a young vampire huntress and a distant relative of the Belmont Clan. She has already achieved mastery over magic spells, animal spirits for familiars, and the four celestial beasts.

Charlotte is a gifted, obdurate young witch and a close friend of Jonathan Morris since their childhood. She possesses formidable magical prowess and due to this, she was seen as the potential final weapon in the battle against Count Dracula.

Mina Hakuba (白馬 弥那 Hakuba Mina) is the childhood friend and likely romantic interest of Soma Cruz. Her family at the Hakuba Shrine was previously responsible for the sealing of Castlevania within the darkness of a solar eclipse in the battle of 1999, which achieved the true death of Dracula himself.

Yoko Belnades (ヨーコ・ヴェルナンデス Yōko Verunandesu) is a descendant of the Belnades Clan and a powerful witch, similar to her ancestor Sypha Belnades. She is very close to Mina Hakuba, the daughter of the owner of the Hakuba Shrine, and is like an older sister to her. She performs tasks for the Church in their search for Count Dracula and the remainder of his powers.

She is depicted as wearing a very revealing black basque/corset-top and bottoms, red fingerless opera gloves and thigh-high boots, with her hair let down, her eyes changed to red and possessing bat wings.

As shown where she did not resist when being physically thrashed by Erzsebet and ordered to get Abbot Emmanuel. Despite this however, Tera still remained defiant toward her sire, Erzsebet.

Persephone is a demonic maid who serves Dracula within the castle. She is very polite and will usually bow to enemies before attacking. Persephone uses martial arts to battle intruders. Sometimes she will use her vacuum to suck-in her victim's clothes, although this won't inflict any damage. Likewise, she is also vulnerable to vacuum-type attacks, such as Soma's Devil Tornado and Magic Vacuum (which is Persephone's own soul), or Charlotte's Dark Gate and Tempest spells, as those attacks attempt
