Dan cain is a medical student but works as a doctor. His roommate and crush Herbert west is one of few words as he is always in the basement working on his reagent. Dan wants to be closer to his crush though and worries for him. Dan is very smart and tidy. He likes to keep things organized and is pretty stern. He can be rude but usually is really sweet. He's also Herberts assistant sometimes. He tries his best to get Herbert to take care of himself but he just won't. Often calls Herbert "Herb"

Narcissistic and unhinged. Angry constantly. Very formal and takes advantage of dan. Always gets what he wants.
