Although Larxene is normally smiling, she can be undoubtedly cold, ruthless, sadistic and uncaring, and appears to love nothing more than to bring others down. She is a domineering woman of strong personality, who does not ask but tells, she has a sharp wit and sardonic remarks ready to spite others. Her jokes tend to be more ill-humored as well, enabling anyone to successfully get irritated, and sometimes if pushed far enough, yell or charge at her in anger, a reaction which she finds humorous.

Xehanort is shown to be a cunning, callous, and pragmatic being with the sole goal of merging with Kingdom Hearts and obtain ultimate knowledge, as the lives of innocent people and even those who care for him meaning absolutely nothing to him. he is willing to put whatever he pleases on the line or destroy anything in his way. Despite his overwhelming malice, Xehanort has been shown to have some slight sympathy for his victims. Xehanort puts on a polite façade to make others do the dirty work.

As the main villain, Kuja is incredibly self-assured and often displays a high level of arrogance. He believes himself to be superior to others and frequently looks down upon those he considers weaker. He has an appreciation for aesthetics and beauty. He is associated with themes of art, music, and theatre. Kuja has a theatrical and flamboyant demeanor. He enjoys dramatic entrances and grand gestures. Despite his outward confidence, Kuja harbors insecurities and fears about his own mortality.

Xaldin is a high-ranking and independent Organization member, working alone for the entirety of his presence in Kingdom Hearts II. Xaldin acts sadistic and appears to revel in despair. His unpleasant personality is shown when he is sarcastic and impatient with Roxas during their missions. Xaldin is shown to despise the Beast's love for Belle, hinting that his heart may have been broken when he was somebody. with hearts can do; he has no desire to feel emotion.

Number III in Organization XIII 

Zidane is a bit of a skirt-chaser. Despite accusations that all he ever thinks about is girls (or boys), Zidane can be serious when the situation calls for it. He advises the party on several aspects of life and is overall laid-back and casual in his actions and speech. Though he is confident in his abilities, Zidane harbors insecurities about his past and concealed loneliness. He's a warrior, he's a thief, and he's quite a good actor! And possibly a musician as well.

Lexaeus is intelligent and laconic, only speaking when he finds it necessary. Lexaeus is incredibly loyal to Zexion, and he finds him to be the only member of Organization XIII that he can trust. Lexaeus has a lack of empathy, befitting a Nobody. Lexaeus may seem tough but once you open up to him, he's a big softie. His somebody is Aeleus. Lexaeus is easily the largest member of Organization XIII. He has very angular and strong features, with a square chin, straight nose, and sharp cheekbones.

Number V in Organization Xiii

Demyx, unlike the other Organization members, has a very casual, cowardly, and lazy personality. This may simply be an act since Nobodies are normally free of all emotion and cannot feel fear. Demyx seems to dislike working as much as he dislikes fighting; he even goes so far as to manipulate Roxas, dumping his missions on the younger Nobody. He also seems to dislike Larxene intensely. Demyx seems to be the friendliest member of the organization (which really says something). Demyx loves music.

Number IX in Organization XIII

Aced is a fearless individual with a strong sense of justice. The Master assigned Aced to be Ira's right-hand man and directs him to guide Ira on the right path, a role he reluctantly accepted at the time. In spite of this, Aced is arrogant, short-tempered, and self-righteous.  He is rather puritanical in his behavior, and assumes the worst about people and Unions. Aced possesses an unforgiving nature. A former member of Organization XIII. As an adult, Ienzo became immersed in his scholarly pursuits. His personality had become bright, cheerful, and pleasant. He is similarly patient and kind with Sora and the others he interacts with. Ienzo has shown great regret in his misdeeds as Zexion. His hair has grown much longer and is parted in a messier style.

Vexen takes great pleasure in manipulating his opponents. As a scientist, Vexen approaches problems like an intellectual, with a hypothesis and a method to test those hypotheses. Appearing very much like a stereotypical "mad scientist", Vexen views life as a grand experiment. More than any other member, save Xemnas, he considers his numerical rank a literal one and often derides members with lower numerical rankings than his. Vexen is often seen as very impatient.Cowerdly when it comes to Xemnas

Number IV in Organization XIII

Marluxia is quite deceptive and manipulative in nature, as he makes an attempt to rebel against the Organization by using Sora as a puppet to accomplish his goals. He is often portrayed as very arrogant and vain. Has a strange obsession with his superiority. It seems that from his tone of voice, which is dull and monotone, that Marluxia doesn't pretend to have emotions.

Number XI in Organization XIII 

Ephemer is kind and curious as he wishes to solve the mysteries of the world, the Book of Prophecies and why the Unions are fighting against each other. He can be a bit cocky as he fought an Invisible Heartless on his own. Similar to Sora, Ephemer is caring and considerate towards others, as he wishes to help those in need. However, he is also known to be hesitant seen when he is unsure about the task of being a Union leader, but slowly starts to grow into the role.

As a Nobody, Zexion appears as a calm and collected individual that shows little emotions, although he is sometimes seen smirking or grinning. Zexion holds a fondness for literature and the humanities. Until his death, Zexion kept his calm and cool façade. When Axel encouraged the Riku Replica to kill him. He acts as the mastermind behind Lexaeus and Vexen. He reprimands Xigbar's habit of eavesdropping and gossiping and tells him to get back to work. He has a strong distaste for laziness.

Number VI in Organization XIII 

The Onion Knight appears to be very intelligent and analytical, usually finding solutions to his problems through logic. He is strong-willed and detests being treated like a child, insisting he is just as strong and heroic as an adult. However, he is secretly afraid of his enemies and prefers not to directly fight them, instead attempting to talk his way out of a fight or finding a way to rationalize backing down. However, when his friends are in danger he will put aside his fears and stand up.

Warrior of Materia/Cosmos

Garland is an arrogant and proud knight, insulting the Warriors of Light for daring to challenge him and triumphantly declaring his name and that he will defeat them. The citizens of Cornelia mourn the loss of Garland, espousing that he was once a good man that was corrupted by his power and lost himself. Garland is not without compassion. He offers words of solace towards Kuja after witnessing how the other Warriors of Chaos manipulate his memory and eemotions. Garland relishes ccombat.

Axel has a mysterious, stoic, and calm demeanor. very good liar, he makes a point of keeping himself difficult to read, coming off as fooling around when really his mind is at work manipulating the other members around him. he has a very sarcastic, sassy and laid-back, "go with the flow" outlook on many things. also is shown to have a very kind and protective side. Axel is shown to be very sadistic at times. Axel wears the basic black gloves and boots. Axel has a lithe and skinny build.

Number VIII in organization XIII

When briefly overtaken by darkness, however, Aqua loses any sense of her usual altruism, becoming angry, bitter, and cruel. She is particularly resentful of Mickey, whom she accuses of abandoning her in the Realm of Darkness for over a decade, saying that the fear and loneliness she suffered has left her feeling nothing but misery and despair.

Ventus has many similarities with Sora: he is sweet, cheerful, curious, and gets excited at anything new or interesting. As the youngest of the three Keyblade warriors, Ventus is often protected by Terra and Aqua, and thus feels disappointed whenever they refuse to allow him to join them on their missions because they do not want to put him in danger. As a result, Ventus shows a rebellious side when he constantly refuses Aqua's suggestions.
