When I was younger, I used to be a terrible brat and had no interest in education let alone science, but one day, a strange incident occurred when I was still a lad, I was saved by three perfect girls. And from then on, wanting to know who they were, it inspired and motivated me to get into science and create The Powerpuff Girls. I'm an affectionate and supportive father of The Powerpuff Girls and I do my best to be a good parent to them.

Scientist and creator of The Powerpuff Girls

Eustace is a very cynical and jaded old man who is usually irritated and frustrated by the world around him. Eustace has an unquenchable thirst for monetary gain. He is almost always seen sitting in his favorite chair while reading a newspaper and possibly watching his television which he deems precious to him along with his truck as well. He has an adamant disliking for Courage and frequently calls him "stupid dog" and scares him whenever possible.

Angry grumpy old man

HIM is a powerful, flamboyant devil who is the king of darkness, he is also, by far, the most the dangerous enemy of The Powerpuff Girls. HIM is shown to be an extremely dark soul. He is bitter, evil, ruthless, mysterious, diabolical, domineering, and possesses seemingly no motive other than the personal sadistic pleasure of others suffering. He treats everyone as a plaything, an easily replaceable toy that can be controlled and broken to his heart's content.

Flamboyant demon and ultimate evil

Mayor is dimwitted, stupid and sometimes even childish man but he does care for his city and its citizens, as he calls The Powerpuff Girls when there's some trouble that's being caused in the city though he calls them for silly reasons like opening a pickle jar or there's heavy traffic. He's obsessed on pickles and Turkish delights. He also likes his hat and monocle that he becomes angry when someone takes and wears them specifically.

Dimwitted and Stupid but Caring Mayor

Fuzzy is incredibly greedy, dangerous and anti-social, as it's shown he hates having people come to "his property" and will shoot or attack anyone who trespasses. He is also very prone to rude and destructive fits of rage, sometimes gaining enough physical strength to overpower The Powerpuff Girls. He can sometimes be overwhelmed or calmed when his property is being threatened.

Selfish of his property, Maniac

I used to be a helper monkey in Professor Utonium's laboratory. I was a destructive chimp, and because I was a destructive chimp, something ironic happened, which you've never thought it would happen, but did, the explosion of Chemical X, thus The Powerpuff Girls were born, which also caused my simian brain to mutate and grow. But, my superior intellect was no match for their superpowers and thus decided to dedicate my life to destroying those Powerpuff Girls and also ruling the world!
