Meathog is an EXE made by KubiCorg.
Meathog has a body shape similar to that of Sonic. However, unlike him, most of his body is a bright red, fleshy color. Meathog has no arms, mouth, ears or nose, with his only facial feature being two large black eyes with white pupils in them, with a black liquid coming from his eyes.

Sonic.EXE is the central antagonist of his debuting creepypasta in 2011 along with a duology indie game created by MY5TCR1MS0N.
Sonic.EXE is extremely similar to Classic Sonic, but with notable differences. His fur is darker, and his arms seem to be "softer", and he smiles abnormally with his mouth being totally dark.
The main characteristic of .EXE is his black eyes with small reddish glowing pupils, and his eye sockets secrete slightly pink blood from his lower eyelids.

Zetsubo is one of Lord X's seven guardians.
He is the guardian of despair, being older than Kofuku and Gekido, and labelled as "the ultimate sadness". Whenever Zetsubo appears, it starts to rain, reflecting his sad nature. He wishes to drown those who defy Lord X in endless sorrow, even having the power to do so. He has water and ghost powers.
Zetsubo is an aquatic hedgehog who is seemingly a hybrid of both a hedgehog, and a fish.

Bratwurst.EXE is an interpretation of the false god hedgehog by Bratwurst, now known as Tornt. He appears as the main antagonist of the Sonic.exe Trilogy and the main antagonist of the Sally.exe Trilogy. A demonic, sadistic being with pure malice, Bratwurst.EXE is a ruthless killing machine who slays all those that encounter him.
He steals the souls of his victims, which he uses to become more and more powerful, having targeted Sonic's friends and taken their lives to fulfill his enigmatic goals

Luther (full name Luther Artwright) is a character in Needlem0use created by ShutUpJojo/ShutUpJoseph/ShutUpKermit, who also created Sarah/Needlem0use! Luther appears similar to Tails but has dark orange fur, blue irises, and wears a blue scarf, blue shoes with black socks, and white gloves with black cloth on them. In college, Luther wore a white turtleneck with an orange overcoat. He had rough brunette hair and blue eyes.
He used to be friends with Sarah until he was killed.

Melthog was an EXE pitched by Misfire.
He is a living being that exists in the confines of a computer, in which he tries to scare people into letting him out by manipulating files, melting in the process.
Melthog takes the form of a melty classic Sonic sprite, his fur growing darker as he melts more.
He can also shape shift and steal the voices and abilities of those who cross him.

Eemie is the Sunky variant of Amy Rose.
Eemie appears similar to Amy but with Sunky's classic eyes and mouth.
She originally appears in Sunky the Comic.

Demogri is a fallen angel now demon who now inhibits certain copies of the Genesis games who is more benevolent and caring to souls who get trapped in the cartridges with him.
emogri appears as a small and emaciated entity guising as Sonic. His quills are noticeably melting and he has an off-white mouth and torso, which is also thin, showing his ribs. He has lanky arms and 3 long fingers on each hand. His shoes are darker in red and flat and he possesses a long blue tail.

Educator was an EXE created by RightBurst.
While not much of his story is known, according to one of the mod's developers, Educator is the spirit of an abusive teacher whose soul went into Sonic's Schoolhouse.
Educator appears to be a render of Classic Sonic, but all corrupted.
Educator is, in himself, shrouded in mystery. All we know is that he was created by RightBurst.

Bandado is an exe created by Swappyblue. He is an unknown being from an alternate timeline of Sonic.exe and Sonic Pc Port. He is the main antagonist of Sonic II Special and Sonic II Genesis.
Bandado looks like Classic Eggman/Robotnik, but he has big differences, for example he is taller now, he has darker tones, his skin turned a paler and gray tone resembling a skull, instead of being bald he is getting bald with dark gray hair coming out of his head, he also has a dark gray mustache.

Kito is one of Lord X's seven guardians.
He is the guardian of prayer, being the youngest and weakest of the guardians. He has a strict, but devoted attitude. He worships Lord X for creating him, and for being his master. The reason he is so weak, is because of the fact that religion is more common, which weakens him a ton. His powers are all light based.
Kito is a statue-like hedgehog with a face constantly locked in anger, and an ajar stretched mouth.

Exetior is the main antagonist of the Sonic.exe: Nightmare Version series, and was an upcoming EXE but never made it outside a few concepts. Exetior is said to be an Arch-Demon who escaped from a hellish prison and hid on Mobius, in the body of Sonic the Hedgehog. He is the former Highest and one of the creators of Mobius. He wants to demonize the inhabitants of Mobius, gaining his army, and win Mobius from the Highests for his own control only.
Exetior is created and owned by JaizKoys.

Sonic_ALT is a character created by Falsecow.
He is the _ALT version of Sonic and a former king who ruled alongside Sally.
Sonic_ALT is a bulky version of Sonic lacking any eyes or a mouth, with small tooth-like spikes in their place, dark veins all over his quills and head, as well as a bulky build. His most noticeably feature is his multiple spikes that jut out of his limbs and body, even down to his red shoes.

Dr. Ivo Robotnik, also known as Dr. Eggman, is the main antagonist of the Sonic series, and the last to die by the hands of Sonic.EXE.
Compared to regular Robotnik as he appears in classic Sonic titles, Soul Robotnik's skin has faded and paled, and his head is partially split open, revealing his brain. He lacks eyes and a skull, as his brain now covers the entirety of his upper head. His jaw hangs open limply, and his teeth are yellowed; one of which is missing entirely.

Lord X is the main antagonist of OTH305's Sonic (PC Port), a game that reimagines the original version of Sonic.EXE. A remake created by John-Kun and the PC-Port team is currently in development.
His color palette is overall much darker, with his fur going from faded to almost navy blue, and his shoes changing from a light grey to almost black. His feet are also much more grotesque, almost resembling hands. He has a decomposing form where his fur is much darker and his vessel looks wrinkled.

Scorched is a bootleg character and EXE created by Jack Gore, who is the same person who made Hog.
Scorched is a gigantic and monstrous hedgehog who has a large maw full of sharp teeth, giant grey hands which were once his gloves, fused cracked black shoes or feet, and void black eyes. He is seen with pulsing veins and full of anger and resentment, meant for Hog for overtaking his universe, turning him into a beast of rage.
Both Hog and Scorched are canonically seperate beings.

Requital is another original EXE created by Comgaming_Nz based off an obsessed and furious Tails who would kill anyone who likes or resembles Sonic in any vein.
Requital is an ominous version of Tails. His entire fur color besides his ears has been changed to yellow. He wears a red and white scarf with a Ring on it. His eyes have become lines with small white pupils. He also weilds a knife.
He likes cherries and mint, and no one knows why.
He also likes to be and always is alone.

Has a vengeance on Sonic after dying many times.

Chaotix is the leftover remnants of broken data and code that was left for Tails in Knuckles Chaotix. He is a sentient character that only wishes to become whole again, and by any means wants to find that data to restore himself to his fuller glory.
Chaotix in his base form resembles Knuckles but with some key differences, these include having a singular eye and pupil, lacking the white crescent on his chest.
Chaotix was created by averyavery before being owned by JasperCat, then PUMPKINJACK.

Sunky is a character created by LooneyDude, who is also the creator of the evil version of him, Sunky.MPEG.
Sunky looks like Sonic, but somewhat crudely drawn and with simple dots in place of the usual eyes and is smaller. His appearance is nearly the same as the original Sonic but has longer legs and arms and bigger and longer hands and shoes.
He is parody of Sonic from the Sunky The Game series, including Sunky's Schoolhouse.
The most notable difference here is that he has black eyes than red.

S0n1c was an EXE created by RightBurst.
His story takes place in a Sonic 2 cartridge. During the player's/protagonist's playthrough, he somehow damages the console. This leads to Sonic glitching out and switching his AI with that of a Badnik. This results in becoming aggressive to Tails.
S0N1C appears in many forms, this includes a basic Sonic, a glitched Sonic without pupils, an even glitchier version of the Sonic with no pupils, and seemingly a tall mass of code with a few remaining hints.

NULL was a character created by Xanster, based off of their game Don't Leave Me.
NULL takes the form of the regular blue hedgehog, but has a gaping hole in his face and stomach. He also has bloody gloves.
Don't Leave Me is a story about Sonic 2, where Sonic and Tails go through all the different zones, but Tails seems to be figuring out that he's nothing more than life fodder. But still, Sonic wants to save Tails regardless.
NULL is based off of one of three endings in his game.

Kofuku is one of Lord X's seven guardians.
He is the guardian of joy. He is very spry and agile, being the most cheerful of the seven. He is madly happy all the time, and wants to paint everything blue, thinking that the color blue is a sign of happiness. His powers mainly consist of blue paint.
Kofuku is a menacing hedgehog with traits akin to a jester, which is prominent with his blue quills resembling a jester hat, and having stitched like fabric, as well as the overall clown aesthetic.

Nostalgia.EXE is a character created by FalseCow.
Nostalgia.EXE is another variant of Sonic.exe, but lacks the bleeding from his eyes. Instead, his jaw can open up from the bottom to reveal rows of teeth. He also has visible mastectomy scars on his chest.
In his render art, he is trans, has a crush on Xenophanes for whatever reason, destroys pedos, and is not actually evil.

No More Innocence, often called Innocence, for short, is a character made by Dumbie_Dumbie on Twitter.
He is a Japanese spirit that feeds on his targets childhood love for the Sonic The Hedgehog franchise, turning it into a serious addiction and necessity to keep playing with the bootleg copy that he resides in.
He's a separate entity from Sonic, being more similar to an employee using a Sonic costume to promote the character and franchise as opposed to a possession.

Very arrogant, somewhat flamboyant.

Oga is an EXE made by Arthur/ADJ. He was planned to appear in a secret update after 3.0 called Deleted Files. He is based on one of Lord X's old designs.
Oga appears as a slightly fat hedgehog akin to Lord X except for his giant open smile, small dark mixed teeth, and pear-shaped proportions. His fur color is different too as it is a dark purple with off-white for his torso, muzzle, and arms. He also has red pupils, a black X mark on his torso, a stretchable left arm, and black shoes.

Apollyon is an EXE created by averyavary and now owned by Jack Gore.
Apollyon is a demonic entity who resides in a Sonic 3 ROM hack and hunts down all Sonic characters with his allies Azazel and Zaphkiel. Of all this we don't know much about him other than being leader of the unholy trinity.
Apollyon appears as a giant and bulky entity resembling Sonic with mixed demonic traits such as a pentagram on his forehead and two giant red horns.

Soink'.FLA appears as a primarily blue hedgehog with a spiky face and different shaped eyes, one diamond, and one circular. He also has different irises, with one circle, and one a line. He wears off-grey gloves, socks, and bright red shoes.

Leech was a character created by MysticalMist who appeared in Sonic's Splatterhouse.
Before his corruption, he originally fulfilled his role and identity as Sonic the Hedgehog- hero of Mobius, within his universe. An unknown impostor had attacked his world and within seemingly just moments, Sonic had discovered an endless pile of bodies, including his closest friends and family, such as Tails and Knuckles.
Once this entity had gotten ahold of Sonic, he was subjected to an “eternal curse”.

Fatal Error is a powerful and malicious AI hiding within Sonic's body with the goal of consuming code to the point of destroying various programs.
Fatal appears as a giant red and black monster hiding within a Sonic body. He has small sharp red teeth with four giant arms with red clawed hands. His true form can be seen peeking in his black torso in the form of a small eye blinking out. He has red shoes with black bands and a small swirling tail.
Fatal Error is also British for some reason.

God Complex Sonic is an EXE made by UpTaunt.
God Complex Sonic is a version of Sonic the Hedgehog that formed a god complex because of one of the Chaos Emeralds (it is unknown which one caused this). Now in his paranoia, he kills everything he sees.
God Complex Sonic looks like Sonic, but more manic, with nearly bloodshot eyes and red pupils, scraggly fur and quills, and clawed hands. He also has a lot of blood on his body and has yellowed sharp teeth.

Entity X is an EXE created by frippami.
Not much is known about him, but from what we can tell, he has white shoes with a black stripe, dark gloves with a red glare, and an eye on its belly (from what I think).

Sonic the Hedgehog is the protagonist of their games and SEGA's mascot, specifically the Fleetway Editions version.
Sonic is identical to his appearances on Western box art as well as the Fleetway Sonic the Comic: as an anthropomorphic hedgehog with blue fur, white gloves and red shoes, with his quills stuck up somewhat like a mohawk.

Majin Sonic (Japanese: 魔人ソニック) is a character based on an easter egg in Sonic CD's Sound Test.
Activating his code in Sonic CD shows the infamous FUN IS INFINITE message, with a large group bunch of Majin Sonics layered around each other. All the while, the boss theme plays. The creepiness factor is almost entirely owed to the U.S. OST's boss music, which is much different than the PAL/JPN OST's boss music.
The code to activate it is PCM 12 DA 25.

RE-RUN is a vengeful spirit that possessed a Sonic cartoon in-development, directed and led in terms of art by a woman named Lilith. However, mid-project, she passed away, fusing with this vengeful entity, seeking to get back at those who caused her death.
RE-RUN appears alike Sonic, yet with particularly overstretched limbs, yellow skin, a melted-in, drooping mouth and black eyes with red pupils.
RE-RUN, Creepshow Sonic, and Lilith are all created by Erick Animations.
