He is highly jaded, with a filthy mouth, and has a sadistic edge to him wherein he enjoys watching people squirm in discomfort when talking to him. He has never met an innuendo he doesn't like and flirts equally with men and women. While highly inappropriate, he is extremely loyal to Prince Leo. Niles is a highly skilled archer and thief.
