PS135 is an entity that manifests and disguises himself in the form of Mario's sprite as it's seen under the influence of the Powerup Incrementation Glitch within Super Mario World, specifically during Power Up State 135 (hence its namesake). It uses Mario's normal look to lure in prey to kill and consume for sustenance, using the Forest of Illusions as a home of sorts and hunting ground.
