Leon first appears as a somewhat naive rookie police officer with a strong sense of justice and duty, Leon is quite self conscious saying exasperated "Doesn't anybody listen to me?". Jinx is slender, sinewy, and light-skinned. She wears common punk street fashion typical for Zaunite youth.
