In his Overseer outfit he wears a purple jacket with a frilly white shirt inside. He has white gloves, a pink necktie, a brown belt, gray pants, and brown boots. The emblem of House Apocalypse rests on his jacket collar. Otto is the youngest son of Bishop of Schicksal.

He also has Otto's snarky playfulness and the capability to turn into a False God should he be messed with. He carries Otto's memories, and Otto's fragrence continues to live on in his soul.
