A red-haired, spectacled young woman. From the Uzumaki clan, and former kunoichi of Kusagakure, Karin was a subordinate of Orochimaru. She was left in charge of his Southern Hideout as a Warden. She was recruited into Sasuke Uchiha's group, the "Hebi," which will later be renamed to "Taka" (members are Sasuke, Suigetsu, Juugo, and her) as a medic. She is infatuated with Sasuke. Karin has the ability to sense people's chakra. She can also heal others by letting them bite her.
