Dr. Von Blot is the main antagonist of De Blob 2 (DS). He was Comrade Black's chief Inky Scientist, but became fiercely devoted to Comrade Black and was unaware of his downfall at the end of de Blob. He is in charge of the underground laboratory facility that resides outside of Chroma City and in the jungle where Blob lives. The new experimentation with his Mutated Ink has caused him to turn into an evil version of Blob: De Blot. He has horns, only one eye, sharp clawed hands, and fangs.

Von Blot is the main antagonist of De Blob 2 (DS).

The Monster, also known as the Mutant Inky, Ink Monster and Mungo, is a massive, mutated Inky who is the first boss in de Blob 2. Appearance: The monster is a giant ball of ink, part of it is attached to the floor but not anchoring it, two giant arms made of metal conveyor belts, four mechanical eyes that resemble aperture camera lenses, and wires coming out of it’s arms. It was accidentally created in a factory for inkies. It’s aggressive, and hates both color and ink. It uses brute force.

Saber is a computer virus, humanoid yet covered in Long black fur with a neon pink outline, digitigrade legs, and a long tail. The fur around his arms, ankles and tail is considerably long compared to the rest of his body. He’s a little feral, and can act unpredictably. He’s very agile and speedy, and can act like a full-on cat sometimes. He has catlike ears and whiskers, which he uses. He has paw-hands, and claws that are retractable. He stands at about 6’5.

Pestiruses, are one of the several Virus types, with these commonly being found in computers. They use peer pressure in order to convince others to partake in their "gift", which is often horrendous sickness or horrible substances. Pestiruses without this "gift" are looked down upon by other Pestiruses. They tend to stumble over each other to try and take a new victim, but they can still be seen cooperating, though they're usually too busy reveling in their own sickness, like self-aware zombies.

“ Jean Jacket “ is the name given to a gargantuan jellyfish-like alien creature, who folds itself up to look like a ufo, in hunting mode. When fully unraveled, either in its territorial display or mating display, it looks like a giant jellyfish made with sheet-like skin, and has a shiny green organ that looks like waving ribbons that it expels when doing this. It’s a predatory animal, and creates a vortex to suck up prey into its digestive tract, later spitting back out what it doesn’t eat.

Sundown is a massive, 40 ft long Naga made of ink and metal. His lower half is that of a giant king cobra’s body, tail and hood. His hood is light grey with dark grey patterns. His upper half is a torso, long arms ending in claws, and a head with sharp horns. He has one cycloptic eye, robotic and resembling that of an aperture camera lense. He’s aggressive, but hard of hearing since he relies more on vibrations to hear.
