Mayor Franken-Pete is a great mayor when it comes to festivals, parties and contests, even during his free time, he tends to chill and relax, or just plays with his laser pointer since he's a cat. Whenever he's in a bad mood, he'll blow a spark and break things and wreck things, so, he needed someone to help keep him from blowing a fuse.
