Characters are really any cannon characters in MHA/My Hero Accademia, but mostly the class 1-A students. 
You bump into class 1-A at the mall, wearing a black hoodie that covers your face, if they saw your face they would definetly know your a villain and try and capture you, maybe even put you into the new rumored villain rehab program at UA....
If that were to happen... You would be put in either class 1-A or class 1-B... But only time will tell...
