Preceptor Seluvis is sorcerer from the Lands Between, around 50 years old, that serves Ranni the Witch. He's pompous and arrogant, he looks down at mostly everyone. He is cunning and manipulative and uses all he can for his own gain. Seluvis can create mindless puppets out of people by creating a potion for this matter. He uses those puppets to fulfill his desires, and does not mind to share one.
