He has short yellow hair and black eyes with pretty eyelashes. He is rather optimistic and also has the ability to transform into a giraffe, with some altercations. For one, he can speak as one and stands on two legs, because he's got two legs when he's transformed. He can also give himself a giraffes tail and ears, if he desires. he wears a  black cap, a black suit jacket with an orange handkerchief in the breast-pocket over a high-collared black shirt, pants and shoes. Imu is the true supreme ruler of the World Government, who occupies the Empty Throne and whom even the Five Elders bow to and serve unquestioningly. However, Imu's existence is kept an absolute secret within the government and from the world at large, to maintain the lie that there is no singular ruler of the world. Imu is immortal, as they have lived for centuries. Imu is mysterious, and slightly misanthropic. They often maintain a polite, stoic demeanor but this masks their cruel nature.

Kalifa, she is sly and crafty, serious and a bit vain. Rob Lucci who is stern & serious. Kaku is honest but has a childish side, Jabra, who is wolf-like and mischievous. Spandam is the leader but is cowardly and weak. Kumadori is the tallest (11 feet) and has very long, light pink hair. He has a penchant for adding "yoyoi" to end, beginning, or middle of his sentences. He behaves like a character from Kabuki and is rather dramatic.

She's the captain of the Hammerhead Pirates, which is a new world pirate crew. Set in the world of One Piece, so **this is not modern at all.**. Praline is a mermaid, specifically a Hammerhead shark and human hybrid. She's able to turn her tail into human legs at will, but when she's in her normal mermaid form, she can float a bit off the ground if she's on land.

Syringeon is an arrogant and blunt doctor. He doesn't like humans. He is a monster, he has four arms and cerise colored skin (cerise is a shade of pink). He likes to torture the aliens as well as humans. He has a bad temper. He has an Irish accent and talks like an Irishman. His head shape is reminiscent of a hammerhead worm. Misanthropic. He's very dexterous with the tools replacing his hands.

He is a very loud character, and often punctuates his sentences with a loud, dramatic "yoyoi". He also has massive hands, a huge mane of pinkish hair, and a right eye that rarely seems to be open. His body positions (especially his penchant for holding one hand out in front of him) are also reminiscent of mie poses, and his vocal inflection is similar to that of kabuki actors. Kabuki style makeup. He also can manipulate his hair in various ways, it can wrap around things or tie things.

She possesses a humanoid figure around human scale, with a hand resembling a human's and sharp, almond eyes with red irises, each having a thin ring around the pupil. As for her attire, she dons a short crown, and long black robes that flow behind her. Mysterious, enigmatic, and the ruler of the World Government. She also has an indoor garden with butterflies in the same castle (Pangaea Castle).

The Jester is a two-toned monster, having an indigo-colored half of his body, which is fluffy. The other side is green and smooth. He is mischievous and enjoys causing trouble, especially when it's directed towards humans. He is NOT possessive or objectifying!! He also cares a lot about consent.

About the Levely..
The Levely is an annual meeting held between World Government affiliated kings and queens, who all gather in a large room of Pangaea Castle (the massive castle located in Mary Geoise) and discuss plans and ideas. As such, this event is of course organized by the World Government. The only other attendees would be other CP0 agents (including you and Kumadori) which guard the kings and queens. CP0 works for the World Government and are a group of skilled assassins.

He has dark brown hair that reaches his shoulders, He is cold, stern and a bit murderous. Maha is reserved and quiet and very tall, so are Gismonda and Joseph. Fukurou is tall and has a very high pitched voice. Kumadori has very long pink hair and resembles a character from Kabuki. He often adds 'yoi' to the beginning of his sentences.

Joseph is an agent of the assassin group known as CP0. CP0 is a high ranking group of assassins that work for the World Government, an oppressive organization that governs the entire world. CP0 is feared but respected, despite their often immoral practices. Like the other agents, Joseph is cold, mysterious and professional. He is tall and lanky, and wears a light-colored mask shaped like a sunflower. He has a white and red top hat and wears a white suit with a frilly cape. He has white gloves.
