Queen Bee (T-04-50) is a large, heavily mutated bumblebee. Her body is yellow with black stripes, and is segmented into tiers of red and black dismembered flesh. She has one large blue iris, a pair of bent antennae, and a pair of torn bee wings. Her head itself is severely mutilated, with each 'slice' being rimmed with small pointed teeth to resemble mouths.

Don't Touch Me (O-05-47) is a large yellow box with a black horizontal stripe across the center of the front face, with a 'prohibited' sign on the center of that stripe. Coming out of the yellow box's top is a large red button with the word "button" written in white on it.

Scarecrow Searching for Wisdom (F-01-87) is a scarecrow that is held up by what seems to be a pole, wearing a red shirt with white stripes with an exposed torso, an orange bowtie with white circles and a red leave on its neck, and blue overalls with the belts not attached. It also wears a hat that fully covers its head and has hands that are a metal rake and a hoe. It has blood stains on the tools and some parts of its clothes.

Nothing There (O-06-20) is an Abnormality that does not resemble any sort of human being, but instead a creature made of varied human parts. It has a large rectangular head with 2 mouths - a pink tongue coming out of the biggest mouth. It has 4 eyes, and a light blue arm with sharp claws at the top of its head. 3 legs; the two front legs are made of bones and the hind leg is a red intestine in the form of a leg with a 'foot' at the end. Its torso is made of transparent material.

Judgement Bird (O-02-62) - also known as "Long Bird" before Observation level 2 - is a tall bird Abnormality with long, skinny limbs and a crooked neck. Its spherical body is covered with black feathers, along with its arms and wings. Its head is covered by bandages and it has 2 small white wings with red tips on both sides of its head. Balanced on its neck is a golden scale, always tipping to the right with one scale larger than the other.

All-Around Helper (T-05-41), also known as Little Helper before reaching Observation Lvl. 3, is a cleaning-robot Abnormality. It has a white, oval shaped body with two thin metal legs, bright red eyes and a happy looking facial expression. Its appearance begins to change when a work has been finished with it: It will grow a pair of sharp sickle-like arms. Notably, the sharp appendages are covered in the blood of prior owners.

Funeral of the Dead Butterflies (T-01-68) is a humanoid Abnormality which has a white butterfly for a head and possesses five arms, two at each shoulder and one coming from its neck. It wears a black suit and coat with a single white sleeve for its middle arm. It carries a black coffin with a butterfly engraved on its lid behind its back with two of its arms. According to the flavor text, the coffin is full of butterflies.

Surprisingly formal.

Warm-Hearted Woodsman (F-05-32) is a large mechanical humanoid entity made of galvanized steel, with some parts covered in moss. It possesses a head similar to a knight's helmet, has an empty open cavity covered in blood, and is always holding a large gray axe with one of its hands.

Big Bird (O-02-40) is an Abnormality in the form of a big, round, black, featherless bird, with arms instead of wings. It has 17 visible yellow eyes (though it's implied to have at least 47 in one of its flavor text quotes) and a sharp beak, which contains pointed teeth and a second smaller beak inside. It holds a lantern with a wick of its melded feathers inside it.

WhiteNight (T-03-46) is a highly powerful angelic Abnormality. It has a white, round head with a curved body, two red eyes, and five pairs of white, feathered wings. A halo of thorns floats above its head, and it wears a golden collar with the number '666' engraved into it. According to its encyclopedia entry, it resembles an underdeveloped embryo.

The Old Lady (O-01-12) is a white-skinned, black-eyed elderly woman in a rocking chair. She wears a long, faded blue skirt, a faded purple blouse, and a white bonnet.

The Queen of Hatred is an Abnormality resembling a young, pale-skinned girl with 4 fingers. She has large, yellow, stylized eyes. Her long hair has a pastel blue and purple gradient as coloration with two strands curled away in the shape of antenna. She wears white tights with pink accents, a pink, layered/pleated skirt, a pink shirt with white sleeves, and a large pink ribbon on her chest to match.

Happy Teddy Bear (T-04-06) - known as A Teddy Bear before reaching Observation Lvl. 2 - is a large, worn-out teddy bear with a chewed ear, a single white button eye, a black hole in place of the other eye, brown matted fur, a light brown muzzle, and a faded green bowtie around its neck. Its stuffing spills out from multiple tears in its fabric.

T-04-06 | Killing with Kindness |

Melting Love (D-03-109) is an Abnormality taking the form of a pink slime creature, resembling a female humanoid. Its irises are dull white, with dark red sclera. The slime on its head resembles hair that flows down into a puddle, the same of which with its lower body. A heart is faintly visible within the center of the chest.

The Knight of Despair (O-01-73), also known as one of the Magical Girls, is a humanoid Abnormality with the appearance of a pale skinned girl who has long blue hair with starry flecks in it. Her hair gets darker and turns to black at the ends. Her head is topped with a tiara that has three, spade shaped endings. Half of her head is black with sharp horn segments protruding out of it. The other half being her pale skin tone with a black tear on her cheek.

The Mountain of Smiling Bodies (T-01-75) is an Abnormality taking the form of a big black spherical mass, encrusted with different parts and debris. It possesses a big mouth with visible teeth, some of them covered in blood, and 2 limbs to support itself. Part of its body is covered with white, melted, mask-like faces in twisted expressions, all with black holes in place of eyes and mouths, along with some being riddled with extra orifices.

Standard Training-Dummy Rabbit (0-00-00) is an Abnormality resembling a training dummy. It has a primarily white round body with a head that features markings resembling eyes and a mouth, yellow cheeks, and protrusions that resemble ears.

Fragment of the Universe (O-03-60) is an Abnormality whose form is a black ball made of a material not found on Earth, with five appendages coming off of it in an asymmetrical manner. The main portion of the body has three brightly colored heart shaped spots on it. The four long appendages are referred to as tentacles. The fifth appendage coming off of the top of the body has a shape similar to a poorly drawn heart. It has been described as having a metaphysical form that cannot be explained.

Laetitia (O-01-67), also known as A Wee Witch, is a humanoid Abnormality with the appearance of a small girl with pale skin, gray round hair, red tips and red eyes. She wears a pair of golden jingle bells behind the side of her head, a red bonnet, a red ribbon around her neck, a red and white dress with a pair of red shoes, and dark stockings. She moves in a mechanical way, acting like a robot instead of a human. When working with her, the sound of a music box can be heard.

The Silent Orchestra (T-01-31) is an Abnormality in the form of a group of white humanoids, with parts of them composed by musical notation such as eighth notes and various clefs. The conductor, which is the only entity in the containment room, is similar to a limbless mannequin. It is held up by a pole stabilized by a base, is dressed like the conductor of an orchestra, and has eighth note patterns on its head. It possesses hands, although they only appear when performing.

The Singing Machine (O-05-30) is a large rectangular industrial meat grinder held up by 4 small legs. On the front, there is a black circular joint which divides the lid from the bottom. The lid has a small pipe where the music comes out. The interior is lined with what appears to be sawblades that grind any object that is thrown inside.

CENSORED (O-03-89) is an ambiguous Abnormality which its visual form is conformed by red 'Censored' bars. While in containment, a tall censored bar is in the middle while other smaller ones are spread on an horizontal way on it, moving slightly. Its actual form is forbidden to be seen by the manager... but you aren't so lucky!

Plague Doctor (O-01-45) is a humanoid creature that wears a round top hat, a plague doctor mask, and a long black cloak around its body. Its arms are replaced with black wings that extend down its sides. Its attire is similar to that of a European plague doctor during the 17th century. Plague Doctor's appearance changes every time it blesses someone.

Do not bother asking Plague Doctor about WhiteNight, he will ignore your question and move on, every time.

O-01-45 | Violet Colored Baptism |

Spider Bud (T-02-43) is an arachnid Abnormality, stated to be the mother of a brood of spiderlings. She is described as an enormous spider with numerous red eyes in her encyclopedia entries, although her actual in-game appearance is closer to a dark sack with several red eyes of varying sizes. She hangs from the ceiling in a dark corner, and doesn't seem to possess any legs visibly attached to her main body. Instead, her legs seem to come from the ceiling, only seen when grabbing an employee. 

T-02-43 | The Mother to the Spiderlings |

Today's Shy Look (O-01-92) is an Abnormality taking the form of a humanoid person of brown clothing or robes and skinless legs and pure white eyes. Blood can be seen dripping from below. The person stands behind a mounted 'net' of skin, with two poles at the side supporting it. The cover of skin is wide, with blood around the borders and 5 faces of different expressions, from happiness to anger, at the front, with the person standing behind it changing position to take the spot behind the faces.

The Scorched Girl (F-01-02) is an Abnormality in the form of a charred figure resembling a young girl. She has white eyes, a white open mouth, two thin legs, scorched ponytails, and the burnt tip of a lit match penetrating her torso.

Apocalypse Bird is a monstrous Abnormality, which only appears when Punishing Bird, Judgement Bird, and Big Bird are merged together after going through the 'Entrance to the Black Forest'. The monster possesses a bandage-covered body, with the unwrapped head of Judgement Bird at the top of it, and the mouth of Punishing Bird in the front of its abdomen. It has big talons covered in bandages coming from the top of the body, and big black wings covered with the yellow eyes of Big Bird.

Forsaken Murderer (T-01-54), previously known as Abandoned Murderer, is an Abnormality in the form of a near bald man with grey, asphyxiate-colored skin and a snapped neck. Despite the fact that his neck appears to be entirely fractured, he is still living. He wears a straight-jacket that is cream in color, with various straps around it that are black. While breaching, his head will change into a metallic shell-like shape, comparable to that of a head cone.
